Our patties come from a single butcher in Oxford and they hit the heat the same morning they arrive. The bun's brioche. The sauce is ours. The lettuce stays crisp because we don't pre-build a single thing.

Stone-Baked Pizzas
9-inch for one. 12-inch for whatever you're calling this — a meal, a movie, a Saturday. Loaded properly means edge-to-edge toppings: no mean stripe of cheese with a bare crust ring around it. We stone-bake at 320°C so the base puffs and chars and the toppings sit on top, not in a puddle.

Hand-Loaded Kebabs
Shish, lamb doner, chicken doner, chicken tikka — sliced thin off the rotator and hand-loaded into warm naan or a salad box that nobody actually wants the salad in. The garlic mayo's house-made. The chilli's serious. The lamb is properly seasoned because we marinate it 24 hours, not 24 minutes.

Peri Peri Chicken
Spice that hits, never overpowers. We grade our peri across four heats — lemon-and-herb, mild, hot, and a "extra hot" that earned its own tag round here. The chicken brines overnight in citrus, garlic, and bird's-eye chilli, then grills over open flame until the skin crackles. You get whole, half, or strips — no apologies for the char.

Built to share. Or not. We won't tell. The Flame Box Meal is the most-ordered thing we sell, because it's the most-ordered thing for the right reason: it covers everyone. Half a chicken, a burger, wings, fries, a side, a drink. The Family Feast does the same but for four. The Mega Mix is for when you're inviting more than four. And nobody's checking.

Kinder Bueno, Oreo Cookie Crumble, Biscoff, Ferrero, Nutella, salted caramel, raspberry ripple. You pick. We blend real chocolate bars and biscuits straight into the cup — no syrup, no shortcuts.
